MAeHC currently does not have any open RFPs.
The downloadable RFP document contains detailed instructions for responding to the RFP. Please read these instructions carefully before submitting your proposal. The Collaborative encourages inquiries regarding RFPs and welcomes the opportunity to answer questions from potential applicants. Please direct your questions to rfp@maehc.org.
The proposal may also have a link to view Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) specific to that proposal. The FAQs are frequently updated as newer questions are submitted. Information on when an FAQ was last updated is available within each FAQ.

EHR Vendors
The Massachusetts eHealth Collaborative (MAeHC) has invited seven EHR vendor finalists
to move to the contracting phase of our vendor selection process.
The seven finalists are:
1. Allscripts2. eClinicalWorks
3. GE Healthcare Technologies
4. MEDITECH/LSS
5. NextGen Healthcare
6. Physician Micro Systems, Inc.
7. Wellogic
We received many exceptional proposals and thank all respondents for their time and effort.
While there are many highly capable systems available on the market, our selections reflect
a demanding set of criteria related to the pilot projects. The main criteria that we used to
evaluate the proposals were: corporate stability, functionality, data exchange, integration,
Massachusetts installations and price to meet the specific MAeHC and pilot community
requirements. We have attached a more detailed description of the criteria and process used
for the vendor selection (MAeHC EHR Vendor Selection Criteria).
